The Erie Table Tennis Club offers tournament, league, and recreational play. Most club nights consist of one hour of open play followed by optional round-robin league competition. We play in one of the finest facilities in the eastern U.S. in a large modern wood-floor gym with bright fluorescent lighting and up to 16 tables available. Playing fees are $4/night or $30/season, with a discount for Millcreek residents. Local players must pay season rate after attending three times. Students (high school & under) 1/2 price.
DIRECTIONS TO ERIE CLUB: McDowell Intermediate School gym, 3320 Caughey Road, Erie, PA 16506. Take I-90 to I-79 North, then follow Route 20 two miles west of I-79. Turn left at the traffic light just after the Dairy Queen onto Caughey Road, go 1/4 mile to school. Gym entrance is to the left in back. Cell phone 814-602-1367.

The Erie club mourns the loss of long-time member George Shimpeno of Edinboro. George was a keen competitor with smooth tennis-derived topspin strokes and always a good word and optimistic outlook. He will be missed by all.
